Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Final sale items and customized products are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
  • Refund Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items. If you would like to exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us via Email to initiate the process.
  2. We will provide instructions for returning the original item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the replacement product.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with us at support@welbelle.com within 2 days of receiving the item. Include photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged or defective items, including any shipping costs.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
  • Welbelle-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us at support@welbelle.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once authorized, ship the item back to us using the instructions provided.
  3. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products

Return to Sender or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or delivery failure, we will contact you for next steps. You may choose to:

  • Reship the package (additional shipping fees apply), or
  • Request a refund for the item cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, orders are processed, and cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, the standard return process must be followed.
