Handling and Processing Time
Orders are processed and handled within 1-2 business (Monday through Friday) days, Monday through Friday, after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the USA. International orders are not accepted.
Address Changes
We can update your shipping address as long as the order has not shipped. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@welbelle.com.
Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. If the package is sent to an incorrect address, please contact us for assistance.
Invalid Addresses
We are not responsible for orders returned due to invalid or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. In such cases, we will not issue a refund. However, if the address contains minor errors, we reserve the right to make necessary corrections to ensure your order is shipped successfully.
If your address is flagged as invalid, we will attempt to reach out via email for clarification. If we don’t hear back, and the address is shippable, we will proceed with shipping. If essential details are missing, we may cancel and refund your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. If you notice tracking delays or have any questions, please contact us at support@welbelle.com for assistance.
Return to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will contact you to confirm the next steps. You may choose to:
- Reship the item (subject to additional shipping fees), or
- Refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping fees).
Please note, we cannot refund original shipping charges, and refunds will only be issued after the returned item is received and processed. If we do not hear back within a specified time, we will proceed with the refund for the item cost only.
